The service
ColorPick provides browser-based utilities for identifying colors, exploring palettes, generating color suggestions, viewing color harmonies and inspecting HEX, RGB and HSL information. Features may be added, changed, suspended or removed as the website develops.
Color information
Color values and generated palettes are provided as practical design references. You are responsible for checking colors against your own requirements, including brand standards, accessibility contrast requirements, print specifications, display differences and other production constraints. ColorPick does not guarantee that a generated combination is suitable for every purpose.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website to violate applicable laws, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, abuse automated requests or intentionally disrupt other users. You should only upload or process images that you have the right to use.
Intellectual property
The ColorPick name, website design, original text, code and other original materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the tools for ordinary personal or commercial design work, but you may not copy or republish the website itself as your own without permission.
Your content
When you use an image with the Color Picker, you remain responsible for having the necessary rights to that image. The website does not transfer ownership of your content to ColorPick. If a future feature stores content on a server, the applicable terms should be updated to explain that storage.
Availability
We aim to keep ColorPick available and functional, but no website can guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, browser changes, hosting problems, network issues or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.
No professional advice
ColorPick is a general-purpose design and educational utility. It is not professional advice for accessibility, medical, safety, legal, financial, printing or regulated color-management decisions. Validate important results using appropriate professional tools and standards.
Limitation of liability
