September 23, 2026. ColorPick (colorpikertool.com) provides browser-based color tools. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the website.
Information processed in your browser
Most color tools run in your browser. ColorPick stores limited preferences, including your selected language and light or dark theme, in browser local storage so those preferences can persist between pages. The color tools do not require a user account.
Images and color picking
When you use the image color picker, the selected image is processed in your browser to read color information. The current color-picking workflow does not require the selected image to be uploaded to a ColorPick server.
Contact information
If you submit the Contact Us form, you may provide your name, email address, feedback type, subject and message. The form sends the submitted information to Web3Forms so the website operator can receive and respond to your request. Please do not submit passwords, payment information or other sensitive information through the general contact form.
Cookies and similar technologies
ColorPick uses browser local storage for preferences and uses Google Analytics 4 and Google AdSense. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar identifiers to measure website usage. Google AdSense and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar identifiers to serve, measure and personalize ads where permitted. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google Analytics is configured here as a standard measurement implementation; this policy does not claim that optional Google Analytics Advertising Features are enabled.
Data retention and security
ColorPick does not create accounts for the color tools. Browser preferences remain under your browser’s control. Contact-form submissions may be retained by the website operator and the form provider for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, maintain appropriate records, or meet legal obligations. Third-party providers may have their own retention periods and security practices. ColorPick takes reasonable steps to keep the website and its integrations operational, but no internet transmission or service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You can clear ColorPick’s browser local storage through your browser settings. You can control cookies through your browser and manage personalized Google advertising through Google Ads Settings. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have privacy rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or other rights. You can use the Contact Us page to make a privacy-related request.
